Join the August 5th kick-off concert for CULTIVATE, Copland House’s new, innovative all-scholarship, creative workshop for young composers at the start of their careers. For one week, five gifted, emerging American composers—Nathan Heidelberger, Roger Zare, Michael Djupstrom, Reena Esmail, and Michael Ippolito—will work with CULTIVATE Program Director Copland House’s own Derek Bermel, and the Music from Copland House ensemble on chamber compositions written especially for this program.
