On September 22, Copland House celebrates its 15th Anniversary with its annual gala. This year, “A Cut Above,” features chef Michael Lomonaco (of famed restaurant Porter House New York) and Copland House join to celebrate the roots of American cuisine and music.
“A Cut Above” honors Copland House’s 15 years of fervent support of composers and thrilling concert experiences, musical discoveries, commissions, revivals, and educational adventures, with a magical evening of American flavors and sounds. Chef Lomonaco, a driving force behind the emergence and popularization of the New American Cuisine, is the ideal partner for this very special collaboration, featuring live performances by the internationally-acclaimed Music from Copland House ensemble.
