Donald Runnicles conducts the BBC SSO
The BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra gave the Scottish premiere of Aaron Jay Kernis‘ Newly Drawn Sky, conducted by Donald Runnicles. Music critic Kenneth Walton called the work, “…picturesque [with] a language full of warmth, sensuousness and instant allure.” Read The Scotsman complete review here.
