Composer Daniel Brewbaker and chef Lidia Bastianich
On October 12, superstar chef Lidia Bastianich and composer Daniel Brewbaker team up to celebrate Copland House for this year’s gala event “The Awakened Palate.” Brewbaker, a 2006 Copland House resident, joins Bastianich to create a remarkable culinary and musical event at famed restaurant Del Posto in New York City.
