More than a century later, the story served as a basis for Toni Morrison&#8217;s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, &#8220;Beloved.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"vt__person vt__person--host\">\n<div class=\"vt__body body-text\">\n<p><strong>RICHARD DANIELPOUR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>See, now that it&#8217;s lit up, you&#8217;ll see it differently. Let me show you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"vt__person \">\n<div class=\"vt__body body-text\">\n<p><strong>JEFFREY BROWN:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And now, Morrison and composer Richard Danielpour have teamed up to give Margaret Garner&#8217;s story a new life.
